Shipping
We currently only ship to the Continental United States from our website. If you do not live in the 48 contiguous States of the USA and would like to place an order, please email us your request and information, so we may contact you with a quote.

Shipping rates based on weight and are calcultated during the checkout process.

All in-stock items shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving order and delivered with UPS or USPS ground. For other shipping options, please email us your request before placing order.

Damaged Shipment
We must be notified (email us) within 3 days of receiving shipment in order to file a claim with the shipper and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Returns
Square Cat Habitat wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any of your Square Cat Habitat product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Returns need to be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns. We cannot accept collect deliveries. For return authorization, please email us.

Warranty
Your Square Cat Habitat product is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing or construction defects, and you may return any of your Square Cat Habitat product that has a manufacturing or construction defect within 90 days from the date of purchase for a replacement. For return authorization, please email us.

Except as expressly stated herein, Square Cat Habitat makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website.

No Sales Tax
Squarecathabitat.com is located in beautiful sales-tax-free Oregon and charges no sales tax on any orders shipped within the United States. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
